1. About this site

Kanso Travel is a pre-launch travel-bag project. This site presents a proposed product line and helps you work out which size would suit your trips. By using it, you accept these terms.

2. No orders, no payments

There is no checkout on this site. No payment method is accepted, no card details are requested and no deposit is taken. Prices shown are illustrative indications of intended positioning, not offers to sell, and they may change or never apply.

3. Registering interest is not an order

Submitting the reserve-interest or launch-list form records your email and preferences so we can contact you if the product line launches. It does not reserve stock, create a queue position, form a contract or guarantee availability or pricing.

The Weekender 28 has a capped launch batch of 25 places, one per email address. A place is an intent signal stored in our database; when 25 active places exist the form switches to the ordinary uncapped interest list. Holding a place takes no payment and guarantees no product, price, delivery or release date. No other bag has a capped batch.

4. Product information

Dimensions, capacities and weights describe designs in development and are subject to change. Photographs and drawings show pre-production design concepts, not finished production inventory. We do not publish durability test results, water-resistance ratings, awards, reviews or customer testimonials, because none exist.

5. Airline compliance

Guidance about carry-on and personal-item allowances is general and based on published airline limits that change without notice. Enforcement is at each carrier's discretion. You are responsible for checking your airline's current rules; we accept no liability for a bag being refused, gate-checked or charged for.

6. No launch guarantee

We may change, delay or abandon this project entirely, without notice and without compensation. Nothing here commits us to manufacture or sell anything.

7. Content and intellectual property

The copy, design system, illustrations and code on this site are original work of Kanso Travel. You may link to and quote from it with attribution; you may not republish it as your own.

8. Liability

The site is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for losses arising from reliance on information here. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited, including statutory consumer rights.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the project develops. Material changes affecting anyone on the interest list will be communicated by email.
